New analysis by BrandZ has determined the most valuable automotive brands in the world. To determine the rankings, the company used a formula that looks at the brand's market capitalization and took into consideration the results of a global public survey that measured customer attitudes toward vehicle brands.

No. 10 - Porsche

Porsche doesn't make as many vehicles as some automakers each year, but they're still plagued by problems similar to what you'll find in a mass market car. The Porsche lineup includes the 718, 911, Taycan, Panamera, Macan, and Cayenne. Each of those has multiple variants - the 911 alone has 22 different models.

No. 9 - Volkswagen

Volkswagen's U.S. lineup is small, but much of it is made in the U.S.A. There's Jetta, Jetta GLI, Passat, and Arteon cars as well as Tiguan, Atlas Cross Sport, and AtlasSUVs. If a wagon is more your style, you can get a Golf SportWagen or a Golf Alltrack. The Beetle, Golf, Golf GTI, and Golf R are also still on sale.

No. 8 - Audi

Audi has had a big year revamping its lineup and adding the E-Tron all-electric SUV and additional variants of its most popular models.

The Audi cars lineup now includes: A3, S3, RS 3, A4, S4, A5 Sportback, S5 Sportback, RS 5 Sportback, A6, S6, A7, S7, RS 7, A8, S8, A5 Coupe, S5 Coupe, RS 5 Coupe, A5 Cabriolet, S5 Cabriolet, TT Coupe, TTS Coupe, TT RS Coupe, TT Roadster, R8, R8 Spyder, A4 Allroad, A6 Allroad, and RS 6 Avant.

The roster of SUVs includes: Q3, Q5, SQ5, Q7, SQ7, Q8, SQ8, and RS Q8.

The aforementioned E-Tron SUV is joined by the E-Tron Sportback in the Audi EV stable.

No. 7 - Nissan

Nissan has a wide variety of models to choose from. Its Versa, Sentra, and Altima cars have all be redesigned over the last two years. The Maxima got a solid mid-cycle refresh. On the SUV side of things, the Kicks, Rogue Sport, Rogue, Pathfinder, and Armada all remain options. Nissan plans to launch new versions of most of those in the next two years. The Frontier has a new engine for 2020 and will be all-new for 2021. The Titan has also undergone a significant upgrade.

No. 6 - Honda

Ford recently slimmed their lineup as the company's focused shifted toward next-gen models. Still, there's a number of competitive offerings. Fusion and Mustang are their only cars. The SUV and crossover lineup includes the EcoSport, Escape, Edge, Explorer, Expedition, and Mustang Mach-E. Some Flex models remain on automaker lots. The Ranger, F-150, and Super Duty round out the trucks lineup while the vans offered are the Transit and Transit Connect. The Ford GT is still sold in limited quantities.

No. 3 - BMW

Visiting the BMW lineup is like going to Baskin Robbins. There are a wide variety of flavors to suit nearly every palette. the list of SUVs includes the X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7. There's the 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 Series sedans and coupes. There are M and cabriolet variants of most of the cars. BMW also sells the new Z4 as well as the i3 and i8 electric vehicles.

No. 2 - Mercedes-Benz

The Mercedes-Benz stable is nearly full, not just with a wide variety of models, but a slew of engine options to choose from once you pick the car or SUV you're after.

In the U.S., the automaker sells the A-, C-, E-, and S-Class sedans. There's also the Mercedes-Maybach sedan line and the E-Clas wagon. The CLA, C-Class, E-Class, CLS, S-Class, and Mercedes-AMG GT (two- and four-door) all have coupe variants.

There are C-, E-, and S-Class cabriolets as well as the SLC and SL roadster and a convertible version of the Mercedes-AMG GT.

As for SUVs, the lineup includes the GLA, GLB, GLC, GLE, GLS, and G-Class. Mercedes offers coupe versions of the GLC and GLE.

No. 1 - Toyota

Toyota delivers a lot of what customers are looking for. Its lineup includes the Yaris, 86, Supra, Corolla, Camry, and Avalon cars as well as the CH-R, RAV4, Highlander, Land Cruiser, and Sequoia. The company also sells the Tacoma and Tundra trucks. They recently announced that they would be selling a plug-in version of the RAV4 and bringing back the Venza nameplate for 2021.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator Altitude is a new offering for this year.

Customer have spoken and Jeep has heard. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator will be available in an Altitude trim level in direct response to customer requests.

"Our Jeep Gladiator Altitude model is a direct response to customers who ask for a 'blacked-out' look directly from the factory. The Jeep Altitude models continue to resonate with customers and adding Gladiator completes this lineup," said Jim Morrison, Head of Jeep Brand – FCA North America. "We are thrilled that the popular Altitude model joins the Gladiator lineup and is another way for Jeep to connect with customers."

The Gladiator Altitude joins the newer Gladiator High Altitude and Gladiator Mojave in the Jeep trucks lineup. The High Altitude model is more refined than the Altitude while the Mojave delivers desert terrain-conquering prowess.

The new 2020 Gladiator Altitude is based on the Gladiator Sport S. On the outside, it features a body-color grille with Dark Gray throats and headlamp rings, body-color fender flares, and black Jeep and Trail Rated badging. The truck rides on 18-inch Granite Crystal aluminum wheels wrapped in 255/70R18 Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain tires.

A black Freedom hardtop is standard on Gladiator Altitude while the dual top is available.

The truck has standard black cloth seats and leather-wrapped steering wheel with black stitching and Wizard Black instrument panel mid-bolster and bezels.

Jeep equips each Gladiator Altitude with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that delivers 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard. An eight-speed automatic transmission is available.

Gladiator Altitude models will be available in Jeep showrooms early in the third quarter.

Gladiator Altitude is available in Black, White, Firecracker Red, Billet Silver, Granite Crystal, Sting Gray, Hydro Blue, Gator and Gobi paint jobs.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator Altitude Edition is priced at $40,340 and comes with an additional $1,495 destination charge.

This rare 1976 Porsche 911 2.7 S Targa is one of the models headed to across the block.

Silverstone Classic Live Online Auction will put 35 Porsches up for sale July 31 through August 2, 2020. The collection of hand-picked Germans features a host of extremely rare and low mileage vehicles. Four stand out from the rest.

"The Stuttgart Collection is quite an amazing group of Porsches. Some have extraordinarily low mileage and others are the best examples of that particular model and there are two highly desirable and rare UK supplied C16 993 Turbo S of the 26 made," said Nick Whale, Silverstone Auctions Managing Director. "For any Porsche aficionado, this is a collection that provides a superb opportunity to acquire one of the best- selected Porsches."

1976 Porsche 911 2.7 S Targa

As seen above, the 1976 Porsche 911 2.7 S Targa has just 562 miles on its odometer from new. Described by the auction house as a "time warp" the car is currently unregistered and comes with the NOVA Certificate and a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.

The 911 had been redesigned in 1974 for the first time. This generational change included a raised bumper design, which was the direct result of an increase in U.S. safety regulations.

1996 Porsche 911 (993) Turbo

This 1996 Porsche 911 (993) Turbo is featured in a triple yellow. It has 745 miles on the odometer from new. The C25 was one of the fastest cars of its time. It could get from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. The 993 generation was the first time that Porsche install all-wheel drive in the 911 and marks the first time Porsche equipped a model with a twin-turbocharged engine.

1963 Porsche 358B T6 Super 90

The very rare 1963 Porsche 356B T6 Super 90 was supplied new by AFN in London. It has undergone a complete ground up restoration with the aim of returning the model to its original specification of Slate Grey with red leatherette interior. The engine was rebuilt and tuned by Porsche specialists Andy Prill.

According to Silverstone Auctions, "In 1989 this 356 was granted FIA Competition Papers and used on road rally events including Le Rallye de Monte-Carlo Historique three times in the 1990s. The extensive history file has pictures of the car on the rally, the original green and brown buff log books, old FIA papers and Porsche's Certificate of Authenticity."

The auction house says that a matching numbers 1963 356B T6 Super 90 is an "extremely rare and collectable car". At the time of consignment, this model was the only right-hand drive version on the market.

1998 Porsche 911 (993) Turbo S

The Turbo S was introduced by Porsche in 1997. This 1998 model is one of 345 built by Porsche's Exclusive Department. According to Silverstone Auctions, " The Turbo S was the last of the air-cooled Porsches and 26 cars were supplied to the UK in right-drive cars. This is one of two 1998 911 (993) Turbos S' being offered in this auction."
